Power Word to PDF Converter is a powerful and handy utility that allows converting Word files to PDF documents. It can load and convert various types of Word documents, including DOC, DOCX, and DOCM, RTF, TXT, HTM or HTML files. Batch converting multiple documents at the same time is also possible.
Though it looks rather dull, unpolished and outdated, the interface is pretty simple to use and straightforward. It cannot be customized, but using it is easy. Even beginners can handle it without any problem. The more advanced users will surely appreciate the few additional options, as these options allow them to control the way the output file will look like (you may customize the margins of the PDF document, for example).
Unfortunately, installing this tool requires a system restart and the installation of an additional printing driver, otherwise the conversion tasks will end with an error and converting the files won’t actually happen. Furthermore, this tool lacks an offline help file, comes with many spelling mistakes in the texts of its interface, and generates an overall feeling of superficiality and sluggishness. It’s also quite pricey.
Anyway, if you need to quickly convert Word files to PDF and you lack the time to thoroughly search for the right tool, you may give this one a try. There are still many chances to satisfy your file conversion needs.
